Candidate Privacy Notice

Metalplant uses application materials to review candidates for current and future roles. This may include your contact details, resume, portfolio links, application answers, interview notes, and related recruiting communications.

We use this information to evaluate fit, contact you about opportunities, schedule interviews, manage the hiring process, and keep recruiting records. We may store candidate information in recruiting tools such as Zoho Recruit and related systems used to operate our hiring process.

Only people who need the information for recruiting or company operations should access it. We do not sell candidate information.

You can ask us to update or delete your candidate information by contacting eric@metalplant.com. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, or business recordkeeping reasons.
